When was the last time we spent a quiet moment without the urge to look at our mobile phones?
Every-time we want to focus, work hard, in every moment of discomfort we seek solace in distraction of the screen.

Immersed in the realm of virtuality, we are not only numbing our emotions, we’re overlooking a much bigger problem.
Social Media induced ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) has received world-wide recognition by netizens, researchers and scientific studies.
Recent studies link excessive social media use and rapid-context-switching to poor focus and symptoms of ADHD [in children as well as in adults].
Social Media today is designed to create a hyper-stimulating-environment that provides constant bursts of dopamine. This rewires our brain’s reward system and affects its attention span, leaving us enslaved to the vicious cycle of Dopamine Boost!
Long-story-short, all this leads to a certain behavioural adaptation that mimics traits of ADHD.
Sadly and scaringly almost all of us can relate to this scenario. Clasping by just a hook of reality, we’re all but adrift in the whirlwind of Social Media!
So today, I officially acknowledge this ongoing scenario as in effect a PANDEMIC.
A pandemic spanned across the globe affecting our lives in more ways than we realize!
